Vida Vest

Vida Vest features an oversize vest made with dropped shoulders and pockets at body front. All seams are covered with matching color bindings for a nice finish. The vest comes with a detachable belt to enhance a feminine silhouette.  

This blanket wear item has been made from handmade blankets embroidered in India by skilled artisans in small villages. By using only human hands and no machines, we cherish traditional Indian handwork and our love for slow fashion and traditional crafts. The patches, used for the embroidery, are mostly leftover fabric. As part of the process, you might notice small differences between the front and back, a natural detail of this unique craft. At SISSEL EDELBO we love to find new, innovative ways to make fashionable clothes. One way is to use leftover fabrics instead of producing new.
