Phoebe Top is a feminine top made from 100% viscose velvet. It features drapey balloon sleeves gathered by cuffs and a soft square-shaped neckline. The front closure consists of a placket with rhinestone buttons, while cross-tie strings at the back allow for an adjustable fit. The top is beautifully decorated with a dreamy universe of star motifs created with sparkling metallic thread embroidery and sequins, along with embroidered scalloped edges each highlighted with golden sequins.
